I have practised exclusively in family law for more than 10 years. I hold a Bachelor of Laws (with Honours) and a Bachelor of Commerce (with Honours), majoring in Economics, from Deakin University.
As a solicitor-advocate, I regularly appear in the Federal Circuit and Family Court of Australia.
My practice has a strong focus on financial matters requiring Court Orders and Binding Financial Agreements, and those that involve company and trust structures. My background in economics complements my legal experience and assists me in working through the financial and commercial issues that arise. I also have significant experience in parenting litigation involving change of residence and relocation.
I believe in having open and honest conversations with my clients from the beginning. Understanding what you want to achieve allows me to provide clear and practical advice, set realistic expectations and develop an appropriate strategy for your matter, while remaining conscious of the costs involved.
Outside of work, I live in Melbourne’s inner north and enjoy spending time with my family and being a dad.
