Additional annual leave:

Parental breastfeeding policy:

Umbrella Family Law understands the importance of family and have a policy which allows for people who are breastfeeding to take the time they need throughout the day to do so. This is not a measured break and can be taken as often as needed. There is a designated room at the office which is for added privacy and comfort if desired.

Social club:

Umbrella Family Law have a social club which is offered to all staff   who want to join, this involves attending monthly social events to   enhance employee relationships.

Mental Health Days:

Umbrella Family Law understand the importance of mental health   and encourage all staff to take time off when they need it. All   employees are offered one paid Mental Health Day per month. This   is in addition to current leave entitlements and is there for staff to   take as they choose.
