Briony Robertson
Special Counsel
I have extensive experience in all things family law – from “pre-nup” agreements to property settlements and parenting following separation and all things in between. I am also able to assist in matters relating to guardianship and administration orders and the decision-making powers of people with disabilities.
With dual qualifications in both law and psychology, I am acutely aware of the interplay between the two and pride myself on working closely with clients to minimise the effects of disputes on both them and their families. By ensuring that people are dealt with in a way that resonates with them specifically, I help clients find clarity in what can otherwise be very murky times.
While I help clients from all demographics I have a large client base of young professionals, including people entering into relationships and also experienced professionals with established asset pools who appreciate no-nonsense advice.
When not working, I am kept busy with my role as a board member and legal advisor for the Peace of Mind Foundation and getting my hands dirty with home renovations. Most of all, however, I love hiding out in a National Park somewhere for some much needed R&R with my husband and dog.
