Additional annual leave:
All staff are entitled to an extra day of annual leave after 2 years of employment and an extra day of annual leave for every year they have worked, up to 5 days.
Parental breastfeeding policy:
Umbrella Family Law understands the importance of family and have a policy which allows for people who are breastfeeding to take the time they need throughout the day to do so. This is not a measured break and can be taken as often as needed. There is a designated room at the office which is for added privacy and comfort if desired.

Social club:
Umbrella Family Law have a social club which is offered to all staff who want to join, this involves attending monthly social events to enhance employee relationships.
Mental Health Days:
Umbrella Family Law understands the importance of mental health and encourages all staff to take time off when they need it. All eligible employees are offered paid Mental Health Days. This is in addition to current leave entitlements and is there for staff to take as they choose.
