Ana Maria Oreskovic

With more than 13 years’ experience in family law, I have developed a strong understanding of both the legal and operational sides of practice. I hold a Bachelor of Laws and was admitted to practice in December 2021, as well as a Graduate Certificate in Human Resource Management from Monash University. Together, my legal and HR backgrounds have shaped my approach to practice management, with a strong focus on people, culture and effective operations.

Over the course of my career, I developed a particular interest in the operational and people side of legal practice and made the decision to focus my career in this area. As Practice Manager, I work across all aspects of the firm to support our team, strengthen our systems and processes, and ensure the practice continues to run smoothly as we grow.

Having worked in family law for many years, I understand the importance of creating an environment where both our clients and our team feel supported. I take a practical and people-focused approach to my role and enjoy finding ways to improve how we work and the experience we provide to our clients.

From time to time, I also draw on my practising certificate and experience as a lawyer to assist clients when urgent work needs to be undertaken.

Outside of work, I enjoy dining out, spending time with my family and making the most of Melbourne’s food scene.
